Services

Serena Care offers professional wellness massage for relaxation and muscle relief. All treatments are non-medical.

Booking & Payment

Appointments are subject to availability. No deposit required.

Payment after the session by cash, bank transfer, QIRS or card (3% fee applies).

Payments are not processed through this website.

Cancellation

Please give at least 3 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. Same-day cancellations may be charged.

Arrival Time

Please be ready 10 minutes before your session. Late arrival may shorten the treatment time.

Conduct & Safety

We provide professional services only. Inappropriate behavior will end the session immediately without refund.

Health & Location

Please inform us of any medical conditions or pregnancy before treatment.

Some hotels do not allow outside therapists—please check with your hotel in advance.
